1. Shipping & Handling

• Rolled for Safety: To ensure the safety of large-scale works and reduce shipping costs, all paintings 24"x36" and over are removed from their wooden stretchers and shipped rolled in a protective tube.

• Restretching: Upon arrival, the canvas will need to be professionally restretched. Take it to your local frame shop, I do not recommend doing it yourself! 

• Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for the painting to be carefully taken off of the stretchers and packaged for shipping.
   

2. Delivery Estimates

• Domestic: 5–10 business days.

• International: 14–21 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your tube is scanned by the carrier.
   

3. Customs & Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
   

4. Returns & Damages

• Return Policy: Because of the delicate nature of shipping large original art, all sales are final. However, I want you to love your piece—if you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

• Damage in Transit: In the rare event that a tube arrives damaged, please take photos of the outside of the tube before opening it. Contact me immediately with photos of the packaging and the canvas.
